Privacy

Short version: we collect very little, we keep it on our own server, and we do not sell it or hand it to ad networks.

What the waitlist collects

• Your email address.
• Your confirmation that you are 21 or older, and the time you gave it.
• A one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address. We use it only to stop abuse, such as repeated sign-ups. We cannot turn it back into your address.
• Whether you confirmed your email or unsubscribed.

Contact form

If you write to us, we keep the name, email and message you send, and the same scrambled IP, so we can reply.

Why

To email you once when PAKT opens for orders, to confirm that you asked, and to keep the list free of abuse. We use it for nothing else.

Who sees it

Graylight Creative LLC, which runs this site, and no one else. We do not sell or share your information, we do not use a third-party email-marketing service, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers. The list is stored and mailed from our own server.

Cookies

Only what the site needs: one that remembers you passed the 21+ prompt and one that protects forms from forgery. No analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, no pixels, and no third-party scripts or fonts.

Unsubscribe and deletion

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. To have your data deleted, write to info@paktpress.com or use the contact page and we will remove it.

Orders

Ordering is not open. If it opens, we will update this page to say what is collected and which age-check and payment services handle it, before any order is taken.
