Terms of use

Plain-English terms for using this site while PAKT is not yet for sale.

1. Who we are

This site is run by Graylight Creative LLC, PO Box 130, Powell, Ohio 43065. Ohio vendor's license 25-005688. Questions: info@paktpress.com. PAKT will be made and sent out by RuffCut Labs, an Ohio workshop.

2. PAKT is not for sale yet

No orders are taken. There is no cart that works, no checkout and no payment of any kind on this site. Joining the list is free, does not reserve a product and does not commit you or us to anything. We will publish full terms of sale, prices, shipping and returns before the first sale.

3. Adults only

This site and the waitlist are for people aged 21 or older. If you are under 21, please leave. When ordering opens, age will be checked by an independent service and an adult will need to sign for delivery.

4. What PAKT is

PAKT is a hand tool for packing cigar filler. It is not tobacco and is sold without tobacco. We make no health claims about it. You are responsible for using any product lawfully where you live.

5. Using this site

Use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not try to break it, overload it or get around the age prompt or the form limits. We may block anyone who does, and we may change or remove any part of the site at any time.

6. Our content

The words, pictures and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without asking. PAKT is patent pending. We do not claim any trademark registration.

7. No promises, limit of liability

The site and the information on it are provided as they are. Descriptions of the product may change before release. To the extent the law allows, Graylight Creative LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of this free site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force.
